Welder — Travel & 84-Hour Weeks

About This Role

Full-time welder wanted in Woodstock, GA. This role requires regular travel to job sites and the ability to work an extended 84-hour workweek. Welding and concrete experience are highly valued; candidates with general construction or trade skills will also be considered. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be on site setting up, welding, pouring or finishing concrete as needed, and keeping projects moving. What You'll Do

• • Perform general welding tasks on site—fit-up, tack, and final welds using common processes
• • Assist with concrete placement and pouring, including finishing, screeding, and patch work
• • Set up and break down equipment at each job site; maintain tools and keep work area clean
• • Follow job plans and instructions from supervisors; read basic measurements and markings
• • Travel to multiple job sites and work extended shifts (84 hours/week) including nights and weekends as required

What We're Looking For

• • Hands-on welding experience (general welding skills required)
• • Experience with concrete placement, pouring, or finishing preferred
• • Able and willing to travel regularly and work 84 hours per week
• • Physically fit: able to lift, bend, climb, and work in all weather conditions
• • Reliable transportation, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or GED preferred
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• • Welding certification (preferred) or demonstrable welding experience
• • OSHA 10 (preferred) or willingness to obtain safety certifications
• • Able to pass background check and drug screen
