🚀 ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a part-time Product Designer to work hand in hand with our Head of Product to take stakeholder feedback (skilled workers, employers, internal teams etc) and craft intuitive and fun user experiences. Building atop and expanding on our existing brand and design vocabulary you will help us bring new features from conceptual to actual.

🏋️‍♀️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with product & engineering teams to design user-centric interfaces for both sides of our labor marketplace.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all product touchpoints.

💡 QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in product design

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop

• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Knowledge of the construction industry or staffing solutions / marketplaces is a plus.
