● Managed various crews completing restorations projects across varying states. Required travel at last
minute, and flexibility in moving between jobs
● Partnered with necessary City management, and project managers to ensure projects were
completed per plan, and in the necessary order to ensure proper completion. Involved

and any set backs. Involved being able to communicate effectively, and provide win win solutions to ensure successful completion of projects
● Worked with sub-contractors to help identify areas of opportunity, and demonstrate more effective
ways of completing tasks, so as to eliminate errors. Provided opportunities to establish stronger
working relationships, while training on how the Company requests projects to be done
● Provided blue prints to sub-contractors, and reviewed with each sub-contractor head for new
projects. Required the ability to read blue prints, and accurately communicate any nuances or
changes during the framing process
