TRAVEL SUPERINTENDENT
● Managed various crews completing restorations projects across varying states. Required travel at last
minute, and flexibility in moving between jobs
● Partnered with necessary City management, and project managers to ensure projects were
completed per plan, and in the necessary order to ensure proper completion. Involved
communicating between various levels of expertise, balancing each parties interests to work towards

skills in building. Consisted of being able to step in and train, and remaining technically sound in being able to do all skills

utilizing CDL, and knowledge of heavy equipment, to safely transport any necessary loads while
ensuring all logs were accurately completed

Managed multiple sub-contractor crews, ranging up to 5 teams, and 50 workers, across 4-5 job sites,

on time to meet deadlines

working relationships, while training on how the Company requests projects to be done
● Provided blue prints to sub-contractors, and reviewed with each sub-contractor head for new
projects. Required the ability to read blue prints, and accurately communicate any nuances or
changes during the framing process

HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and roofing. Required the knowledge of all forms of carpentry in the trade, to ensure projects were completed with in code requirements

being both cost effective for the Customer, provide a fair market wage for employees, and grow the business. Involved having intricate knowledge of cost, and time required for project completion, and upfront understanding of project scope

Provided safety and security of facility, while maintaining order of inmates within multiple maximum
security prison facilities. Provided tactical support of fellow officers to ensure order in each facility
