I was in charged of running my crew members on big concrete pours making sure that the crews had everything they needed to get the job done in the most efficient and safest manner possible.

I would monitor many concrete pours helping the crews run smooth and balance construction related situations so we could deliver our goals of executing thy objective. Helped with the complete finishing process of all concrete structures.

Worked on running my crews prep work on Paving sites for the concrete pours , helped scheduling and run concrete pouring/finishing on County, City jobs, New Developers of new construction etc.
