My position entails monitoring other workers while on the job site, essentially working as an assistant team lead for my supervisor, operating machines such as a forklift, scissor lift, and a manlift. I also inspect and build scaffolds often and install and remove insulation. I can communicate proficiently with my coworkers while working in our fast-paced environment everyday giving clear and specific instructions to everyone so that we can complete each task quickly and safely.
