My duties were,
•ran a crew of 5guys
•make sure there was stock on site
•morning meetings to make sure what needs to be done for the week.
•teaching one person how to tile.
•installing cabinetry and finish trim throughout the house.
•make sure the guys are doing what they supposed to w/pics of progress.
•check on subs and report back to the office.
What we achieved,
•we keep the homeowner involved through the whole project.
•make a dream into reality
•building a beautiful kitchen/bathroom •all this within budget
•2.2 mil last year.
•also helping the community
