2022 - Current
Build, assemble, and install wooden, metal, or prefabricated forms for concrete foundations, walls, slabs, sidewalks, columns, and other structures
Measure, cut, and shape lumber, plywood, and form materials using hand and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine layout and dimensions
Install rebar, wire mesh, anchor bolts, and embedded hardware
Set forms to the correct grade, elevation, and alignment
Mix, pour, spread, level, and compact concrete
Perform basic concrete finishing tasks such as edging, floating, troweling, and surface smoothing
Strip forms safely after concrete curing and clean/maintain reusable form materials
Use levels, laser leveling equipment, and measuring tools for accuracy
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and site regulations
Assist with general construction duties as needed
