As our matching and onboarding processes have matured, the profiles coming onto the platform are more complete, more accurate, and more actionable than ever. That means contractors are spending less time filtering and more time interviewing. Couple this with our new Flow product - which delivers the best workers directly to recruiters without filtering or scanning profiles - and Skillit has managed to significantly shorten the hiring time for craft workers and made the entire hiring process more efficient and effective.
