Concrete Carpenter

About this role

Experienced concrete carpenters needed for a long-term data center project in Lebanon, Indiana. Work with a commercial/industrial concrete crew building, setting, and stripping wood and metal forms, placing and finishing concrete, and keeping the site safe and on schedule. This is a full-time position on a large-scale jobsite. You’ll work outdoors in varying conditions, collaborate closely with the concrete crew and foremen, and have overtime opportunities and benefit coverage while the project runs.

What you'll do

• • Build, install, brace, and remove wood and metal concrete formwork per plans
• • Measure, cut, assemble, and secure form components using hand and power tools
• • Place, pour, consolidate, and assist with finishing concrete for foundations and slabs
• • Read and follow blueprints, layout marks, and construction drawings on site
• • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow site safety procedures
• • Coordinate with the concrete crew to meet production schedules and quality standards

What we're looking for

• • Proven experience as a concrete/form carpenter on commercial or industrial projects
• • Ability to read and interpret drawings, layout plans, and levels
• • Skilled with measuring, cutting, fastening, and use of hand and power tools
• • Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in variable weather
• • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to jobsite safety
• • Comfort working on a team and following direction from foremen and superintendents

Qualifications

• • 2+ years of concrete/form carpentry experience on commercial or heavy projects
• • OSHA-10 (preferred) or similar safety training
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Lebanon site
• • Able to pass drug screen and background check
• • Proficiency in reading construction drawings and layout terminology
