Concrete Carpenter

About this role

Join a long-term, large-scale data center project in Lebanon, IN as a Concrete Carpenter. You’ll build, set, and strip wood and metal forms, place and assist finishing concrete, read plans, and work with a commercial concrete crew to meet project schedules and quality standards. This is full-time work paying $28–$35/hr (depending on experience) with overtime opportunities and a competitive benefits package. We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused carpenters with solid formwork and concrete placement experience who want steady, long-term work on a major construction site.

What you'll do

• • Build, install, brace, and remove wood and metal concrete formwork to layout and grade specifications.
• • Measure, cut, fit, and assemble forms and related materials using hand and power tools.
• • Place, pour, consolidate, and assist with finishing concrete as directed by crew leads.
• • Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and layout instructions to set forms and anchors accurately.
• • Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely; keep tools and work area clean and organized.
• • Work with the concrete crew to meet production schedules and quality/safety standards on site.

What we're looking for

• • Previous experience as a concrete/form carpenter on commercial or industrial projects (data center/heavy commercial preferred).
• • Proven ability with concrete formwork carpentry, concrete placement/pouring, and basic finishing.
• • Able to read and interpret drawings, measure and cut materials accurately.
• • Skilled with hand and power tools; able to load/unload materials and perform general carpentry tasks.
• • Capable of lifting 50+ pounds, working outdoors in variable weather, and standing for long periods.
• • Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and committed to following and enforcing jobsite safety procedures.

Qualifications

• • OSHA 10 (preferred) or equivalent safety training.
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Lebanon, IN site.
• • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• • Proficient English for safety communication and reading job documents.
