Skillit is the professional network for construction workers. We’re helping more than 200,000 members grow in their trade with the skills they already have. With thousands more craft professionals joining every day, some of the most important contractors hire craft through Skillit—including 13 of the 25 largest builders in America.
Since 2021, we’ve been on a mission to give everyone access to construction’s greatest opportunities. Our long term vision is to scale the world’s craft, so that anyone can build anything, anywhere.
Founded by a builder
Skillit is shifting the conversation from workforce scarcity to talent access.
I had been the skilled worker the industry fiercely needed but couldn’t see, and later the employer fiercely searching for workers I knew were out there. Construction, it turns out, isn’t fundamentally constrained by a labor shortage, but by a lack of digital access to the 95% it already has.
