About this role

We are hiring experienced commercial carpenters to work on projects in Denver and Colorado Springs, based out of Greenwood Village. This is hands-on work installing specialty Division 10 items like handrails, handicap rails, bathroom partitions, temporary protection and barricades, plus general and finish carpentry tasks. You’ll work on active commercial sites — inside and outdoors — following strict safety rules. Bring dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Install handrails, handicap rails, bathroom partitions, temporary walls/protection and barricades per project plans
  • Perform general commercial and finish carpentry tasks: trim, doors/hardware, cabinetry and countertop work as needed
  • Load, unload and move materials; receive deliveries and stage materials on site
  • Use standard hand and power tools safely; assist with equipment operation when qualified
  • Keep jobsite clean and organized; perform general housekeeping and protection work
  • Follow site safety rules and participate in site-specific safety training

What we're looking for

  • Previous commercial carpentry experience required — Division 10 / specialty interior carpentry strongly preferred
  • Experience installing handrails, handicap rails, bathroom partitions, barricades or temporary protection is a strong plus
  • Able to read and follow construction drawings, layouts and measurement instructions
  • Comfortable using common hand and power tools; basic finish and rough carpentry skills
  • Able to lift, push and pull 50+ lbs and work in typical jobsite conditions including heights, dust and noise
  • Reliable, punctual, team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced commercial construction environment

Qualifications

  • OSHA 10-hour construction safety card preferred
  • Equipment operator qualification or willingness to train (preferred)
  • Ability to read construction drawings and perform precise measuring/cutting
  • Reliable transportation to job sites and consistent attendance
  • Willingness to complete site-specific safety orientation and follow all safety protocols

What we offer

  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) available
  • Retirement plan (401k) and opportunities for career growth and training
  • Paid time off and holiday pay
  • Site-specific safety training and support for equipment/operator training
  • Tool allowance or reimbursement programs and boot/tool discounts
