Finish Carpentry Foreman

About this role

Seeking a hands-on Finish Carpentry Foreman for an Atlanta airport project. You'll lead a small crew on-site, run day-to-day finish carpentry work, and make sure details and trim meet commercial standards. This is a travel-ready role — you must be able to travel to and from the airport site as required. Bring proven finish skills, strong leadership, and the ability to read drawings and coordinate with other trades. Expect a fast-paced commercial environment focused on high-quality finish work and strict safety and code compliance.

What you'll do

• • Lead and supervise finish carpentry crew on-site; assign tasks and monitor productivity
• • Read and interpret drawings and scope; lay out, measure, and cut to exacting tolerances
• • Install trim, paneling, casework, doors, and finish millwork to commercial standards
• • Coordinate with general contractor, other trades, and inspectors to meet project milestones
• • Enforce site safety, maintain clean work areas, and ensure compliance with building codes and site rules
• • Travel to and from the airport project as required; manage crew logistics while on assignment

What we're looking for

• • 5+ years of finish carpentry experience in commercial settings, with proven foreman or lead experience
• • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• • Strong measuring, cutting, trim and paneling installation skills; attention to finish details
• • Experience supervising crews, managing daily tasks, and meeting project objectives
• • Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and commercial sequencing
• • Willingness and ability to travel to the Atlanta airport project and other sites as needed

Qualifications

• • CPR certification
• • OSHA 30
• • OSHA 10
• • Bilingual: English and Spanish
• • Minimum 5 years finish carpentry experience and prior crew supervision
