Concrete Carpenter

About this role

We are hiring experienced concrete carpenters in Tulsa, OK to build and assemble concrete forms for government and commercial projects. You will work on-site laying out and setting forms, interpreting drawings, and ensuring accurate, high-quality formwork. This is a per diem position with travel between job sites in the Tulsa area and surrounding regions. Open to workers willing to relocate for the job; candidates must be able to work closely with concrete crews and other trades to meet schedule and quality expectations.

What you'll do

• • Build, assemble and set concrete forms, braces, and anchors per drawings
• • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and as-built documents
• • Perform site layout, measure and cut lumber, plywood, and form hardware accurately
• • Set form ties, walers, and bracing; prepare forms for concrete placement and assist during pours
• • Verify alignment, dimensions and quality of formwork; strip and clean forms after cure
• • Coordinate with crew members, concrete finishers and supervisors to maintain schedules

What we're looking for

• • Proven experience in concrete formwork carpentry on commercial or government projects
• • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• • Skilled with site layout, measuring, cutting, general framing and concrete placement support
• • Familiarity with civil construction practices and as-built documentation
• • Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
• • Physically able to lift heavy materials, work outdoors and travel between job sites

Qualifications

• • Fluent in English and Spanish
• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• • Demonstrated experience on concrete formwork projects (commercial/government)
• • Willingness to relocate and work per diem assignments
