- • Lead wood and metal framing: walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and nonbearing interior partitions
- • Install doors, hardware, windows, in-wall blocking, and stair systems; perform final work inspection
- • Manage crews on site: train staff, develop daily schedules, signal crane operations, and direct scaffolding setup
- • Coordinate concrete formwork, excavation support, floor sanding/finishing and maintain accurate time/material records
What we're looking for
- • Proven experience in both rough and finish carpentry, cabinetmaking, and bench carpentry on commercial jobs
- • Skilled in wood and metal framing (floor, roof, wall, stair framing) and nonbearing partition systems
- • Experience installing countertops, cabinets, doors/hardware, windows, trim, and paneling
- • Ability to read plans, perform site layout, measure and cut accurately, and perform work inspections
- • Foreman experience: crew supervision, staff training, schedule development, and time/material management
- • Comfortable with scaffolding systems, crane signaling, concrete formwork, excavation support, and floor finishing

- • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational carpentry training is a plus
What we offer
- • Per diem assignment structure for flexible, short-term work
