Carpenter - Carrollton, GA

About This Role

We need a hands-on Carpenter to join crews doing framing and finish work in Carrollton and nearby job sites. Expect a mix of residential and small commercial projects — layout, framing, trim, doors, windows and cabinetry. Pay range $22–30/hr depending on experience. Overtime available. This is a straight-working role: show up on time, bring the right tools and skills, and you’ll get steady hours, weekly pay, and chances to pick up more responsibility. If you know how to read plans, cut accurate material, and leave a clean, safe jobsite, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• • Read plans and layout measurements for framing and finish work
• • Cut, fit and install studs, joists, headers, doors, windows, trim and cabinets
• • Operate power tools (saws, nail guns, compressors) and hand tools safely
• • Measure and cut materials accurately; make minor on-site adjustments
• • Perform site cleanup, maintain and secure tools and equipment daily
• • Work with crew leaders to meet schedule and quality targets

What We're Looking For

• • 2+ years carpentry experience — framing and finish work preferred
• • Able to read basic blueprints and perform construction math
• • Comfortable using power tools, nail guns, and air compressors
• • Physically fit: lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights
• • Reliable transportation to Carrollton-area job sites and punctual

Qualifications

• • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• • OSHA-10 (preferred) or willingness to obtain upon hire
• • High school diploma or GED preferred
• • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• • Spanish-speaking crew members encouraged to apply
