Carpenter — Millwork & Casework Installer

About This Role

Join a crew installing high-level millwork, AWW/PL and metal casework, fume hoods, DFH and other specialty finishes on commercial projects in Greenwood Village, CO. You’ll work hands-on installing, fitting, and finishing casework and specialty items on site. We run a safety-first shop — you’ll follow the ISEC Safety Program, preplan your installs and tools, read blueprints, and work with minimal supervision. This role is physical: you must be able to climb, stoop, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs and participate in jobsite safety and Stop Work Authority when needed.

What You'll Do

• • Install AWW, PL and metal casework, fume hoods, DFH and miscellaneous specialty millwork per blueprints and specs
• • Preplan tools, materials and installation sequence to ensure the fastest, safest install
• • Read and interpret drawings, perform layout, measuring and cutting for precise fit
• • Follow and take part in the ISEC Safety Program; report hazards and use Stop Work Authority
• • Work independently or under a foreman, maintain jobsite cleanliness and protect finished surfaces

What We're Looking For

• • High school diploma or GED and 3–5 years finished carpenter experience with casework/millwork
• • Proven ability to read blueprints, perform site layout and use measuring/cutting tools
• • Supply and maintain basic personal carpentry hand tools
• • Able to climb ladders/scaffolds, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• • Union membership where applicable and willingness to follow union work rules

Qualifications

• • High School Diploma or GED
• • 3–5 years finished carpentry experience (casework, plastic laminate, architectural millwork)
• • Union card where applicable
• • Ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively on jobsite
