About this role
Lithko Contracting, Inc. is hiring skilled commercial and industrial concrete tradespeople for field and leadership roles in Franklin, OH. Open roles include concrete carpenters, finishers, operators, laborers, foremen and superintendents on larger commercial and industrial projects. Candidates with commercial or industrial construction experience are preferred; multiple concrete specialties and experience levels will be considered.
What you'll do
- Read and interpret construction drawings and layout plans for concrete work.
- Build, set and strip formwork and concrete column forms, including formwork carpentry.
- Place, finish and cure concrete slabs, flatwork and paving surfaces.
- Operate concrete equipment and tools as required (pump operators, finishing machines, etc.).
- Perform general concrete labor tasks: placing, consolidating and protecting concrete work.
- Supervise and direct crews on site, including foreman and superintendent-level coordination and project oversight.
What we're looking for
- Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred.
- Proven experience with concrete formwork carpentry and concrete column forms.
- Concrete finishing and paving experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layout.
- Experience operating concrete equipment (for operator roles) or hands-on trade experience (carpenter, finisher, laborer).
- Supervisory experience for foreman/superintendent roles and construction project supervision skills.
Qualifications
- Hands-on concrete trade experience (carpenter, finisher, operator or laborer) or supervisory experience as foreman/superintendent.
- Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
