- • Perform bullfloating, hand troweling and power trowel finishing to achieve required surface texture and flatness.
- • Cut and finish control/expansion joints, install edging, and apply broom, stamped or decorative finishes as required.
- • Operate and maintain finishing equipment: power trowels, edgers, jointers, saws and plate compactors.
- • Inspect finished slabs for flatness/level, make small repairs, clean and secure the job site at day’s end.
What We're Looking For
- • 2+ years hands-on concrete finishing experience on residential or commercial projects.
- • Proficient with hand tools and power equipment used for finishing (trowels, floats, power trowel, screed).
- • Ability to read basic plans, use levels and follow grade/finish marks.
- • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand and kneel for long periods, and work outdoors in variable weather.
- • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance; pass drug screen and background check if required by site.
Qualifications
