Concrete Formsetter

About This Role

Join a crew installing residential foundations and walls across the Denver area. This is hands-on formsetting work using Symon panels (steel ply) and Gates forms on single-family and small multi-family projects. We need an experienced, reliable tradesperson who knows formwork layout, bracing, and stripping. Expect physical labor, early starts, and consistent residential project rhythms — you’ll be setting forms, handling rebar embeds, and working closely with concrete crews to get quality pours.

What You'll Do

• • Set, brace, align and strike forms for residential foundations and walls using Symon panels (steel ply) and Gates forms
• • Install embeds, walers, and bracing; check dimensions and elevations to layout plans
• • Work with concrete crew during placement — secure panels, manage joints, and assist with finishing prep
• • Strip forms, clean and maintain panels, and perform routine tool and equipment upkeep
• • Follow site safety rules, keep work areas tidy, and coordinate with foremen to meet schedule

What We're Looking For

• • Hands-on experience in concrete formsetting and formwork carpentry on residential projects
• • Comfortable working with Symon panels (steel ply) and Gates forms
• • Ability to read basic plans/levels and follow layout instructions
• • Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and long days outdoors in variable weather
• • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work early starts; valid driver's license preferred

Qualifications

• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
• • OSHA 10 (preferred) or equivalent safety training
• • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
