Journeyman Electrician (Foreman)

About This Role

Seeking a Journeyman Electrician with foreman experience to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects in Dallas, TX. This is a per diem position paying $25–$56/hr. You’ll work on hospitals, data centers and other critical facilities where accuracy, safety and schedule matter. You will supervise crews, install and maintain electrical systems (including medium/high voltage and standby/emergency systems), read blueprints and coordinate with project managers and other trades. Strong leadership, clear communication in English and Spanish, and a firm knowledge of codes and inspections are required.

What You'll Do

• • Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial, industrial and critical facility projects (hospitals, data centers).
• • Install, maintain and repair electrical systems: service installations, branch circuits, feeders, overcurrent devices, standby and emergency systems.
• • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and perform branch-circuit and feeder load calculations.
• • Enforce site safety and code compliance; conduct work inspections and ensure adherence to local, state and federal regulations.
• • Coordinate schedules and work scope with project managers and other trades; manage materials, conduit pulling and daily crew tasks.

What We're Looking For

• • Proven commercial/industrial electrical installation experience, including service work and conduit pulling.
• • Experience with medium and high voltage work, standby/emergency systems and selection/installation of overcurrent devices.
• • Hands-on foreman or project supervision experience leading crews on hospitals, data centers or commercial construction.
• • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and perform load calculations.
• • Clear verbal and written communication; able to coordinate with project managers and other trades and resolve onsite conflicts.

Qualifications

• • State Licensed Electrician (journeyman-level) — required
• • Fluent English and Spanish (verbal and written) — required
• • Proven foreman/project supervision experience on commercial or industrial job sites
