Electrician Foreman

About this role

NCW is hiring an Electrician Foreman for a long-term data center project in Hubbard, TX. This is a foreman-level electrical leadership role on a commercial data center build with a project duration of roughly 1.5–2 years. Work schedule is 60 hours per week. Orientation will be held at 104 N Magnolia Ave, Hubbard, TX 76648. Per diem is provided for this position.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise on-site electrical crew day-to-day activities and work sequencing for the data center project
• Oversee installation and maintenance of distribution equipment and medium-voltage systems
• Install and maintain standby/emergency power systems and select/install appropriate overcurrent devices
• Read, interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints and project plans; coordinate layout with field crew
• Pull conduit and large cable for commercial electrical service and coordinate cable routing and terminations
• Communicate with supervisors and other trades to coordinate work, report progress, and enforce jobsite standards

What we're looking for

• Journeyman-level electrical experience with prior foreman or project supervision on commercial projects
• Hands-on experience with distribution equipment installation and medium-voltage systems
• Experience installing standby and emergency power systems and overcurrent device selection/installation
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Skilled in pulling conduit and large cable and performing commercial electrical service installations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven team leadership ability
