Electrician Foreman

About this role

DPR is hiring an Electrician Foreman in Phoenix, AZ to lead a crew of electricians, supervise daily work, and ensure quality and safety on commercial projects. The foreman will assign tasks, coordinate materials and tools, and keep crews moving to meet project goals. This role includes developing crew skills, communicating project updates to teams and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate project records and crew time cards for labor tracking and reporting.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily electrical work and assign crew tasks to ensure efficient execution
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to prevent delays and keep work moving
• Monitor quality and safety practices and address issues promptly
• Communicate project goals, progress, and expectations to crews and project stakeholders
• Complete and maintain project documentation, incident reports, and resource tracking
• Accurately complete and submit crew time cards and labor records in line with project requirements

What we're looking for

• Proven experience supervising electrical crews and on-site crew management
• Commercial electrical service and lighting installation experience
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems, voice/data/video installations, and standby/emergency systems
• Familiarity with selection and installation of overcurrent devices and general electrical work
• Strong verbal and written communication across crews and project teams
• Experience maintaining project documentation and enforcing jobsite safety procedures

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license (state-issued) — required
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification (or completion within 6 months of hire)
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• English language proficiency
