Electrician Foreman (Nationwide Travel)

About this role

TIC is hiring an Electrician Foreman or General Foreman Electrician for travel assignments nationwide. This is a foreman-level role for an experienced lead electrician who can supervise crews, coordinate on-site work, and handle project-level responsibilities. Candidates must have 5+ years in a lead role and be willing to travel; per diem is provided for days worked.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise electrician crews on site, directing day-to-day tasks and ensuring work quality
• Coordinate jobsite activities, crew assignments, materials, and schedules with project stakeholders
• Select and install overcurrent protection devices to meet project specifications and code
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot standby and emergency power systems
• Oversee general electrical installations and ensure compliance with plans and electrical code
• Communicate clearly with team members, contractors, and supervisors; maintain written and verbal job records

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a lead or foreman electrician role
• Journeyman-level electrical experience
• Willingness to travel for assignments nationwide
• Proven leadership and team management skills on construction sites
• Strong verbal and written communication across teams
• Experience with selection/installation of overcurrent devices and standby/emergency systems

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification/license
• 5+ years of foreman-level electrical experience
• Willingness and availability to travel for assignments
