What You'll Do
- • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and wiring diagrams on site.
- • Install wireways, raceways and pull conduit for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- • Install, test and maintain lighting, motor controllers, overcurrent devices and standby/emergency systems.
- • Install and service fire alarm, voice/data/video and other low-voltage systems; coordinate with IT for data/hospital projects.
- • Perform system troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs on low-, medium- and high-voltage equipment; ensure safety and proper amp ratings.
- • Use construction management software for daily logs, timekeeping and task coordination; communicate with foremen and trades on site.
What We're Looking For
- • Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics and technical blueprints.
- • Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, including safety checks, amp readings and wear/tear diagnostics.
- • Experience with wireway, raceway installation and conduit pulling on active job sites.
- • Experience installing and maintaining fire alarm and low-voltage systems (voice, data, video).
- • Knowledge of medium/high-voltage systems and selecting/installing motor controllers and overcurrent devices.
- • Comfort working in residential, commercial and industrial environments, including hospitals and data centers.
Qualifications
- • First Aid certification (required)
- • OSHA 10 certification (required)
- • Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
- • Journeyman card or equivalent experience preferred; foreman experience a plus
What We Offer
- • Competitive hourly pay: $21–$62/hr based on experience and role.
- • Per diem pay for qualifying assignments to cover travel and per-day expenses.
- • Local Phoenix metro assignments — less overnight travel for local workers.
- • Opportunities for journeyman and foreman roles on larger projects.
- • Overtime and varied work across residential, commercial, industrial and hospital/data projects.
