Full time
Electrician — Project Manager, Estimator & Foreman
About this role
We're hiring experienced electrical professionals in Charlotte, NC across multiple levels: project management, estimating, supervision and field installation. This opening is for hands-on leaders who can run commercial jobsites, read and interpret drawings, and keep projects on schedule and on quality standards. You will split time between the field and office depending on the role — leading crews, coordinating with clients and trades, preparing estimates, and maintaining project documentation. Expect commercial service and installation work, routine client communication, use of Procore and MS Office, and a focus on safety and quality.
What you'll do
- • Manage day-to-day commercial electrical projects: schedule crews, assign tasks, and monitor progress on site
- • Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams and technical drawings to plan work and material needs
- • Prepare and review estimates, budgets and change orders (role dependent)
- • Lead and mentor field crews; enforce safety, quality control and company/site procedures
- • Maintain project documentation in Procore and Microsoft Office: daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists
- • Coordinate with clients, general contractors and subcontractors; troubleshoot field issues and keep stakeholders updated
What we're looking for
- • Proven experience on commercial electrical projects in field and/or project management roles
- • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and specifications
- • Experience with project estimating, cost control and tracking project performance
- • Leadership and crew management skills with clear verbal and written communication
- • Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar systems
- • Commitment to quality control, site safety practices and maintaining accurate project documentation
Qualifications
- • Journeyman or Master electrician certification/license preferred (state-issued)
- • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; clean driving record
- • Experience using Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction management software
- • High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications a plus
- • Strong English communication skills; bilingual candidates encouraged to list languages
What we offer
- • Medical, dental and vision insurance options
- • 401(k) retirement plan
- • Paid time off and paid holidays
- • Overtime opportunities on scheduled projects
- • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance for field leadership roles and reimbursement for job-related travel
- • Tool/PPE allowance and paid training or certification reimbursement
