WB Moore Company is hiring experienced electrical professionals in Charlotte, NC for project management, estimating, supervision and field installation on commercial projects. Roles include project manager, estimator, foreman, electrician and assistant project manager. Candidates should bring hands-on commercial electrical experience plus office-side skills in estimating, project coordination and client communication. The search favors candidates with both field leadership and project coordination background who can read drawings, manage crews and maintain project documentation.
What you'll do
- Manage commercial electrical projects from planning through closeout, maintaining project documentation and tracking performance
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to coordinate accurate installations
- Prepare cost estimates, monitor job costs and support project budgeting
- Supervise and lead field crews as foreman, ensuring quality control and adherence to plans
- Communicate with clients, general contractors and internal teams to coordinate work and resolve issues
- Use Procore and Microsoft Office to maintain project records, reports and correspondence
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in commercial electrical service installation and commercial construction projects
- Experience in project management, estimating, supervision, or foreman roles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and construction documents
- Strong leadership and team-management skills with field and office coordination experience
- Clear verbal and written communication across teams and with clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; experience with Procore

- Fluent English communication (verbal and written)
