You will review plans and specs, produce detailed quantity takeoffs, build competitive bids, and coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing. This role covers the full estimating cycle and requires accuracy, good math skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will work with senior estimators on strategy and reviews, train and mentor junior estimators, and support design-assist phases. Expect a hands-on role that includes occasional site visits and regular use of estimating and drafting software (Accubid, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel).
