Join active commercial construction jobsites in Austin as a Field Engineer responsible for precise layout, surveying, and dimensional quality control. You’ll work directly with the superintendent to establish building control, set benchmarks and corners, and verify that in-place work matches plans. This is a hands-on role using total stations, data collectors and AutoCAD point layout. You’ll keep daily field logs, communicate directly with foremen and the superintendent, and help keep the project on-grade, plumb and accurate while following OSHA and site safety rules.
