About this role
Nationwide openings for General Laborers to support construction and site teams. Positions involve hands-on tasks like material handling, basic site prep, cleanup, and assisting skilled trades across a variety of job sites. Schedules and assignments vary by location — full-time and part-time roles available. Veterans with 91 Bravo (91B) experience or other military logistics/maintenance backgrounds are encouraged to apply; site-specific training and PPE will be provided where required.
What you'll do
- Load, unload, move and secure materials on site
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain organized work areas
- Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other trades with basic tasks
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely under supervision
- Follow site directions, read simple work orders, and report issues to supervisors
What we're looking for
- Prior hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, or military logistics preferred (91 Bravo experience relevant)
- Able to perform physical tasks: lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to assigned work sites or ability to work at local site reporting locations
- Willingness to follow site safety rules, wear PPE, and complete site-specific training
- Pass a background check and drug screen where required by client sites
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- OSHA 10-hour or willing to obtain (preferred on many sites)
- Basic First Aid/CPR certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely and pass physical ability checks
- English language proficiency for safety communication; bilingual candidates encouraged
