General Labor - Manufacturing Associate

About This Role

Join our team in Surprise, AZ as a hands-on Manufacturing Associate. You’ll assemble and install structural and mechanical components—Hilti MT systems, cable trays, insulated metal panels, and interior sheathing—while supporting electrical equipment installation and rigging. This is physical, practical work on-site. You’ll measure, cut, fasten, and handle materials, operate lifts and assist with crane/gantry tasks. Safety, punctuality, and team communication are required. Pay up to $30/hr with overtime opportunities.

What You'll Do

• • Assemble and install Hilti MT systems per project specifications and layouts.
• • Install cable tray systems and neatly route cable inside trays with organized workmanship.
• • Assist with installation of insulated metal panels (IMPs) and interior metal panel sheathing.
• • Support electrical equipment installation: rigging, gantry/crane assistance, layout, anchoring, and bussing connections.
• • Perform measuring, cutting, fastening, loading/unloading, and general material handling.
• • Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and communicate with supervisors and crew to meet schedules.

What We're Looking For

• • Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly preferred.
• • Able to read basic drawings, follow instructions, and use hand and power tools safely.
• • Comfortable working at heights, on lifts, and around heavy equipment; able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• • Strong verbal and written communication across teams; reliable and punctual.
• • Experience with loading/unloading material, signing for deliveries, and preparing orders for shipment.
• • Knowledge of inventory control and basic forklift operation (preferred).

Qualifications

• • OSHA 10 certification (required)
• • Hilti Certified (required)
• • Scissor Lift / Aerial Lift operator certification (required)
• • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
