Labor Foreman

About this role

Brasfield & Gorrie is hiring a labor foreman in Cartersville, GA to lead and coordinate general labor crews on construction work. This is a hands-on lead role: the foreman will supervise day-to-day labor activities, manage material handling, and ensure site tasks stay on track. Candidates should be comfortable working alongside crews to direct work, set up site layout, and maintain an organized jobsite.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate general labor crews on site and assign daily tasks
• Supervise loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Set up and verify site layout and work areas
• Oversee site clean up and maintain an organized jobsite
• Monitor crew progress to keep the site moving and meet project needs
• Coordinate with project supervision to support daily work flow

What we're looking for

• Foreman or crew-leader experience in general construction
• Proven experience loading and unloading materials
• Experience with site layout and preparing work areas
• Experience maintaining site clean up and jobsite organization
• Hands-on general construction skills and ability to work alongside crews
• Ability to supervise and keep multiple laborers productive

Qualifications

• Project foreman / project supervision experience
• General laborer foreman experience
