Labor Foreman

About This Role

Work as a Labor Foreman in West Palm Beach, FL supervising large-scale construction crews. You’ll coordinate daily tasks, train and lead teams of 10–15+ workers, manage logistics on site, and keep projects moving safely and on schedule. This is hands-on field work — you’ll be on site directing crews, reading drawings, and solving problems as they come up. This role pays $21–$38/hr (depending on experience) and is a per diem position. Benefits and a retirement program are offered. Ideal candidates have solid construction experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish on the jobsite.

What You'll Do

• • Supervise, coach and train crews of 10–15+ workers on large-scale construction projects
• • Assign daily tasks, produce crew schedules, and monitor attendance and timekeeping
• • Read and follow construction drawings; coordinate materials and on-site logistics
• • Enforce safety procedures and quality standards; stop unsafe work and report hazards
• • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site problems quickly to keep work on schedule
• • Report daily progress and issues to the Superintendent and assist with project documentation

What We're Looking For

• • 2+ years construction experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• • Proven ability to lead crews of 10–15+ on medium to large construction sites
• • Able to read and interpret construction drawings and scopes of work
• • Strong communication skills — clear verbal and written reporting on site
• • Comfortable working in high-stress conditions and varying weather; physically able to be on site
• • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and basic timekeeping/crew tracking skills

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• • OSHA 10 certification (required or will assist with obtaining)
• • Experience leading crews on projects valued $50M–$100M+ preferred
• • Ability to read construction drawings and enforce quality standards
• • Bilingual: English and Spanish
