General Laborer

About This Role

Immediate openings for general construction laborers in Lebanon, IN. Pay is $20–$24/hour. We need dependable, hard-working people with construction experience who live within 25 miles of Lebanon and can get to job sites on time. Work is hands-on: loading/unloading, demolition, measuring and cutting, site cleanup, and basic inventory control. If you have a strong work ethic, good communication with crew members, and reliable transportation, this is a solid local opportunity for steady construction work.

What You'll Do

• • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
• • Measure, mark, and cut materials to specified dimensions
• • Perform demolition, debris removal, and site clean-up each day
• • Assist with basic inventory control and material staging on site
• • Conduct routine work inspection and report issues to lead or foreperson
• • Communicate clearly with crew members and follow direction for safe, efficient work

What We're Looking For

• • Previous construction or general labor experience required
• • Live within 25 miles of Lebanon, IN (local candidates only)
• • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance at job sites
• • Strong verbal and written communication with team members
• • Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, carrying, bending, standing for long periods
• • Familiarity with measuring, cutting, basic demolition, and site clean-up procedures

Qualifications

• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• • Basic English for verbal and written crew communication
• • OSHA-10 or other safety training preferred but not required
• • Forklift or equipment certification a plus
