What you'll do
- • Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites as directed by the foreman or supervisor
- • Assist with site grading, specialty concrete work, and installation of underground utilities
- • Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools safely
- • Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
- • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; follow all site safety rules and directions

- • Able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varied weather
- • Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
- • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to follow site directions
- • Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required

Qualifications
- • Eligible to work in the U.S.
- • English and Spanish language skills
- • Valid driver's license preferred
- • Willingness to complete site-specific safety training and certifications as required
