General Labor — Crane Operators, Welders, Superintendents

We’re filling multiple skilled construction roles in Indianapolis, KY — crane operators (Class A CDL), TIG and combo welders, construction superintendents, project managers, and fabricators. These are hands-on positions on industrial and commercial jobsites; you’ll work with experienced crews and tackle projects that require strong trade skills and reliability. What You'll Do
- • Operate and maintain cranes and rigging equipment safely, perform daily inspections, and follow load charts (Crane Operators).
- • Set up, fit and weld steel components using TIG, MIG and stick methods; read drawings and maintain quality welds (Welders/Fabricators).
- • Plan and supervise day-to-day site activities, manage subcontractors, enforce safety and maintain schedules (Superintendent).
- • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and client communication; prepare reports and change orders (Project Manager).
- • Cut, shape and assemble metal components in the shop and on-site; ensure parts meet print tolerances (Fabricators).
- • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintain tools and equipment, and keep clean, safe worksites.
What We're Looking For
- • Minimum 3+ years experience for crane operators and welders; 5+ years for superintendent/project manager or equivalent supervisory experience.
- • Proven ability to read blueprints, welding symbols and rigging/load charts; strong hands-on trade skills.
- • Demonstrated safety record and ability to follow site safety plans and PPE requirements; comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
- • Ability to work overtime, travel to job sites in the region, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- • Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable attendance and professional work ethic.
Qualifications
- • Class A CDL required for crane operator roles.
- • AWS welding certification (TIG/MIG) or equivalent trade certifications preferred for welders.
- • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card preferred; site-specific safety training as required.
- • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass drug screen and background check.
- • Ability to read English job documents and communicate effectively on-site.
- • Forklift, rigging, and signalperson certifications a plus; fabrication school or apprenticeship training beneficial.
