You must bring hands-on experience, a solid safety mindset, and the ability to read plans and perform common concrete/sitework tasks. Competitive pay, steady schedules, and opportunities to grow within a progressive construction crew are available for the right candidate.
What You'll Do

- • Set forms, build and strip formwork, place and finish concrete slabs, walls, and curbs
- • Cut, bend, tie and place rebar and wire mesh; assemble rebar cages for slabs, walls, columns, and tilt-up/precast work
- • Assist with site civil tasks: excavation support, backfill, compaction, and general site cleanup
- • Operate hand and light power tools safely; maintain tools and equipment; follow jobsite safety and housekeeping standards
- • Document daily progress using project apps or paper logs and communicate jobsite issues to superintendents/foremen
What We're Looking For
- • 5+ years of commercial construction experience (concrete, civil, or sitework strongly preferred)
- • Proven ability with concrete formwork, placement/pouring, finishing, and rebar work
- • Willing and able to travel out of town (per diem & hotel provided)
- • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- • Ability to read basic blueprints/technical drawings and perform site layout
- • Able to lift heavy materials, work outdoors in varied weather, and follow safety protocols

- • OSHA 10 (preferred) or willingness to obtain upon hire
- • NCCER or trade certifications a plus
- • First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain
- • Ability to pass drug screen and background check
- • Basic English required; Spanish helpful
What We Offer
- • Competitive pay (based on experience)
- • Per diem and hotel provided for out-of-town assignments
- • Steady commercial project work across the region
- • Clear paths for advancement into lead or supervisory roles
- • Travel support and coordination — focus on work, not logistics
