General Labor — Concrete & Sitework (Travel)

About this role

Seeking an experienced commercial construction worker with a strong concrete, civil, or sitework background. This is a hands-on role working on commercial jobsites; you'll perform concrete placement, rebar work, formwork carpentry, layout, and finishing. The position demands 5+ years of commercial construction experience and the ability to read drawings and follow site plans. This is a travel position — out-of-town assignments with per diem and hotel provided. Valid driver’s license required. What you'll do

• • Perform concrete work: formwork, placement, finishing, curing and protection
• • Cut, bend, tie, and install rebar for slabs, walls, columns, and tilt-up/precast
• • Read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and site layout instructions
• • Perform site layout, grade checks, and assist with civil/sitework tasks
• • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe jobsite; follow site-specific safety rules

What we're looking for

• • 5+ years commercial construction experience — concrete, civil, or sitework preferred
• • Willingness to travel out of town for multi-week assignments (per diem and hotel provided)
• • Ability to read technical drawings and perform accurate site layout
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• • Physically able to lift heavy materials, work in varying weather, and use hand/power tools

Qualifications

• • Valid driver’s license (required)
• • Proven experience with rebar placement, tying, and concrete finishing
• • Comfortable reading blueprints and as-built drawings; experience with Procore or Bluebeam a plus
• • OSHA 10-hour (preferred) or equivalent safety training
• • Ability to communicate in English on-site
