This hands-on role pays $25–30/hr DOE and puts you in charge of building and leading the initial glazing crews while performing residential and light-commercial installs and repairs. You’ll work with top-tier tools and company vehicles, handle on-site layout and installations, coordinate with customers and subs, and have a clear path to grow into the General Manager role.
