Typical work is outside, full-time, with long runs of steady hours and regular overtime on larger projects. Pay is $25–$35 per hour depending on experience and certifications. You’ll be expected to handle daily equipment checks, keep machines clean and maintained, work to grade and stringline, and support ground crews to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.
