Industrial pipe fabrication shop near Walker, LA seeks an experienced Paint Manager to run surface prep, coating, and painting operations for pipe spools, fittings, skids and assemblies used in oil & gas, chemical, power and marine projects. You’ll own quality, schedules, compliance, and continuous improvement for the coatings department while working closely with Fabrication, QC, and Project teams. This is a hands-on lead role: supervise blasters, applicators and inspectors; manage abrasive blasting, airless and plural-component spray, curing and internal pipe coating; troubleshoot coating defects; and keep accurate records for specs, waste handling and customer inspections. Pay up to $25/hr based on experience; OSHA 30 and NACE/SSPC inspector cert required.
