Stucco Pump Operator

About This Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Stucco Pump Operator in Lakeland, FL. You’ll run and maintain plaster/stucco pumps, mixers, hoses and compressors to keep projects moving. This job is all about safe, efficient setup, steady material flow, and quick troubleshooting on job sites. You’ll work directly with foremen and superintendents to hit daily production targets, follow OSHA and company safety rules, and keep equipment clean and ready. Pay is up to $32/hr depending on experience. Reliable candidates who show up, work hard, and know how to care for equipment will do well.

What You'll Do

• • Set up, break down, and clean plaster/stucco pumps, mixers, hoses, compressors and accessories
• • Operate pumping equipment to maintain steady material flow and meet production targets
• • Monitor material consistency and production rates; identify and clear hose blockages
• • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on pumps and related gear
• • Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely between sites
• • Coordinate with Foremen, Superintendents, and field crews to support daily schedules and safety goals

What We're Looking For

• • Proven experience operating plaster/stucco pumps, mixers, and hoses on construction sites
• • Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and hose blockages
• • Knowledge of basic construction methods, material handling, and site layout
• • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work outdoors in varying weather
• • Reliable transportation to job sites and willingness to travel locally as needed
• • Commitment to following OSHA and company safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• • OSHA 10-hour construction card preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• • Basic mechanics/troubleshooting experience with pumps and compressors
• • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• • English required; Spanish preferred
