You will run daily operations for your crew — plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, keep accurate production and timesheet records, hold toolbox talks, and enforce company and government safety rules. This role requires hands-on industrial civil construction experience, strong blueprint reading, and the ability to work at heights and in harsh site conditions.

You will lead civil crews and drive safe, high-quality execution of earthwork, utilities, and structural concrete work across the site. This is a hands-on foreman role working a 5x10 day schedule. You’ll supervise laborers, operators, carpenters and ironworkers; manage concrete placements, formwork and rebar; track daily production and manpower; and work with superintendents and field engineers to keep the project on schedule. Pay is $34/hr with a $100 per diem for days worked.
