Civil Foreman / Project Manager

About This Role

Experienced Civil Foreman needed to lead civil construction on industrial projects in Forsyth, GA. This is a day-shift, on-site role for a hands-on leader who can run crews, keep work moving, and enforce safety and quality on the job. You must have 10+ years of construction/industrial field experience. Pay is $32/hr with a $125/day per diem available for eligible workers who live 50+ miles from the site. Expect steady industrial work and a straightforward, safety-first job site environment.

What You'll Do

• • Lead and supervise daily civil construction activities and crews on-site
• • Read plans, set layout, coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries
• • Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with regs during operations
• • Monitor quality of work, perform inspections, and correct deficiencies
• • Keep daily logs, submit progress reports, and track manpower/equipment
• • Coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain schedule and resolve issues

What We're Looking For

• • 10+ years construction/industrial field experience, including civil work
• • Proven ability to supervise crews and manage day-to-day site operations
• • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site layout
• • Ability to enforce safety procedures and comply with local/state/federal rules
• • Experience with commercial/industrial construction and project supervision

Qualifications

• • Minimum 10 years relevant construction/industrial experience
• • OSHA 10 (preferred) or OSHA 30 certification
• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent field experience)
• • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
