You will be in the field conducting safety audits, inspecting job sites, completing incident reports, and coaching crews on safe work methods. This role is for a practical safety pro with at least 3 years of construction/drywall experience who can lead investigations, enforce site rules, and deliver clear, on-the-ground guidance to crews. Reliable transportation is required; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
