Pay range is $90k–$115k/yr with per diem for travel days.

What you'll do

  • Monitor multiple job sites and tank-related activities; oversee general contractor work and manage subcontractors to meet schedules and milestones.
  • Review plans, specifications and submittals; verify proper installation methods and document deviations.
  • Perform and coordinate site layout and as-built surveys; oversee QC testing including compaction, pressure and hydrostatic tests.
  • Enforce safety policies and ensure subcontractor compliance with PPE, trenching/excavation, fall protection and other site safety rules.
  • Maintain detailed daily reports, logs and photos; notify Project Manager of conflicts, schedule impacts and field issues.
  • Represent the company at preconstruction and progress meetings; coordinate with GC, engineer and owner on site decisions and documentation.

What we're looking for

  • 5–7 years as a site superintendent or equivalent in underground utility/public works with subcontractor coordination experience.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Hands-on experience with site layout (laser and transit) and basic land surveying principles.
  • Working knowledge of earthwork, compaction testing, concrete placement basics and hydrostatic/pressure testing procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce clear daily reports and field documentation (photos, RFIs, ASIs).
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 certified (required).
  • 5–7 years superintendent or underground utility/site supervision experience.
  • Proficient with laser and transit for site layout and as-built documentation.
  • Familiarity with compaction, pressure and hydrostatic testing procedures.
  • Basic competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and field reporting.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; must be able to travel extensively nationwide.

What we offer

  • Pay $90,000–$115,000 per year plus per diem for travel.
  • Per diem paid for travel days and jobsite nights as assigned.
  • Travel expense/mileage reimbursement when applicable.
  • Paid time off and standard leave policies (details provided at offer).
  • Health insurance options and retirement savings plan (401k) available.
  • Hands-on role with steady travel and opportunities to lead multiple projects nationwide.
