What you'll do

• • Perform concrete placement, rubbing, patching, finishing, curing, and cutting per foreman/lead direction
• • Select and operate hand and power tools (trowels, grinders, saws, floats) and set up finishing equipment
• • Follow proper mixing, material selection, and finishing sequence to deliver acceptable finished surface
• • Read and follow layout, scopes, and simple drawings; check grades and elevations as directed
• • Maintain a safe, productive work area: follow safety rules, use PPE, and report hazards or quality issues

What we're looking for

• • High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 2 years of related concrete finishing/patching experience
• • Proven experience with rub/patch techniques, concrete curing, cutting, and surface repairs
• • Able to read basic drawings, check elevations, and follow finishing sequences
• • Comfortable operating grinders, saws, mixers, and common finishing hand tools
• • Physically fit for lifting, kneeling, climbing, and working outdoors in a construction environment

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or GED
• • Minimum 2 years related concrete finishing/patch experience
• • OSHA 10-hour construction safety card or willingness to obtain
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
• • English proficiency for reading instructions and safety communications; Spanish helpful
