Datacom Installers & Electricians — Lebanon, IN

About this role

Multiple on-site datacom and electrical roles are open in Lebanon, Indiana with defined start dates of August 24 or August 31, 2026. Openings range from entry-level structured cabling installers to journeyman electricians and highly skilled electrical technicians who troubleshoot and complete precise terminations. Work is location-specific to Lebanon, IN. Crew members will install, pull, route, terminate and troubleshoot structured cabling and electrical systems, read plans and specs, and follow site safety and quality requirements. Roles include team-based entry-level work and independent technician/journeyman responsibilities with hands-on learning and advancement opportunities.

What you'll do

• • Install, pull, route, organize and terminate structured cabling and low-voltage systems on commercial projects
• • Install, terminate and troubleshoot electrical systems and components per plans and specifications
• • Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams and project specifications; follow site quality standards
• • Follow site safety rules and participate in site-specific safety briefings and toolbox talks
• • Work as part of a crew for entry-level installs and independently for technician/journeyman tasks; keep tools and work areas organized and report issues

What we're looking for

• • Experience with structured cabling, voice/data/video systems or commercial electrical work (entry-level positions available)
• • Ability to read plans, follow specifications and perform accurate terminations and terminations testing
• • Skills with conduit, wireway/raceway installation and basic conduit bending preferred
• • Troubleshoot cabling and electrical faults using standard test equipment
• • Must be able to work on-site in Lebanon, IN with start dates of Aug 24 or Aug 31 and communicate effectively in English

Qualifications

• • Entry-level installer: basic hand tools and willingness to learn on-site
• • Journeyman electrician: journeyman license or equivalent experience preferred
• • Electrical technician: advanced troubleshooting experience with structured cabling and electrical systems
• • OSHA 10 (or equivalent) and ability to complete site safety training
• • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screen if required by the site
