You’ll coordinate materials, schedules, and daily field operations using construction software and an iPad, enforce a strict safety program on site, and maintain high workmanship and productivity standards. Pay is $30–$34/hr based on experience.

You'll read blueprints, measure and cut wallboard, install metal studs and trim, and ensure walls and ceilings are plumb and level. This is a hands-on role — expect to lift up to 75 lbs., work from ladders and lifts, and occasionally supervise small crews.
