About This Role
Join a hands-on crew doing site work and basic construction support in Carrollton, GA. This is physical, outdoor work—think moving material, cleaning sites, shoveling, and assisting skilled trades. Shifts are full-time with steady hours and overtime when available. You’ll work on local projects, report to a foreman, and be expected to show up on time, ready to work. Good pay, weekly pay, and regular work for people who are reliable and strong.
What You'll Do
- • Load and unload materials, hand off tools and supplies to trades
- • Site cleanup: pick up debris, sweep, haul trash, and maintain a safe work area
- • Basic site prep: dig, shovel, wheelbarrow, and assist with concrete or grading work
- • Operate basic hand tools and light equipment (saws, compactors, jackhammers) under supervision
- • Follow directions from crew lead, set up barricades, and help with traffic/flagging when needed
What We're Looking For
- • Minimum 1 year of construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
- • Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand or kneel for full shifts
- • Reliable transportation to Carrollton job sites and punctual attendance
- • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and follow safety rules
- • Pass a background check and drug screen
Qualifications
- • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- • OSHA 10 or willing to obtain (preferred)
- • Good English communication; Spanish bilingual a plus
