Seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for per diem assignments based out of Pacific Junction, IA. You will operate dozers, excavators and loaders to perform road and right-of-way maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across regional job sites. This role is hands-on: grading, loading and hauling materials, trenching for culverts and pipes, and performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Work is field-based and may include travel to nearby project locations with site-specific training provided.
