This is hands-on work: operate and maintain equipment, perform routine repairs, follow load charts and industry hand signals, and occasionally supervise crews or direct equipment movement. Pay is based on experience; successful candidates must pass a background check, drug screen and be medically able to wear a half-face respirator.
