HVAC Technician — Keller, TX (Commercial & Industrial)

About this role

We’re hiring HVAC technicians across Texas to perform commercial and industrial installation, service, maintenance, and system troubleshooting. Work is field-based and covers diagnostic work, system start-ups, refrigerant recovery/charging, and controls troubleshooting on commercial equipment. This role is statewide with a hub in Keller, TX. You’ll visit commercial sites, perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs, start up new systems, and document work clearly. Great for hands-on techs who troubleshoot controls, motors, pumps, and refrigeration systems and who want consistent field work and varied daily challenges.

What you'll do

• • Perform installation, start-up, testing and commissioning for commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• • Troubleshoot control circuits, motors, pumps, gas valves and refrigeration systems on site
• • Locate, repair and recover refrigerant leaks; perform charging and system verification following service
• • Complete planned maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial/industrial HVAC and boiler systems
• • Maintain accurate service reports, parts inventory, and customer communications at each job site
• • Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and assist with on-site coordination during service calls and installs

What we're looking for

• • Proven hands-on experience servicing commercial or industrial HVAC systems (installation, start-up, troubleshooting)
• • Ability to troubleshoot control circuits, motors, pumps, gas valves and refrigeration systems
• • Experience with refrigerant leak detection, recovery, charging and system testing
• • Comfortable performing system start-ups, commissioning and boiler safety checks on commercial equipment
• • Capable of reading wiring diagrams, schematics and technical manuals and performing precise mechanical adjustments
• • Able to work Monday–Friday schedule with possible on-call or emergency response; travel throughout Texas required

Qualifications

• • EPA Section 608 refrigerant certification preferred
• • NATE or HVACR trade certification a plus
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable, safe driving record required
• • High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical school training helpful
• • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; ability to pass background and drug screen as required
