Experienced Ironworker/Welder needed for full-time structural steel work in Lakeland, FL. Pay ranges $25–$29/hr DOE. You’ll perform STICK (SMAW) welding in all positions, erect structural members, install amusement ride components, and support rigging operations on site. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and travel as needed. This is hands-on, physical work for someone with proven SMAW skills and rigging experience. Amusement ride or theme-park construction experience is a strong plus.
